Technical Recruiter (Product, Design & Engineering)

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across product, design, and engineering functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams. You will play a critical role in shaping hiring strategies, sourcing top-tier talent, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Operating in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, you will manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful impact across key technical and creative roles. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align hiring priorities with business goals. Accountabilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for product, design, and engineering roles, from intake to offer management.
• Source, engage, and nurture top talent through LinkedIn and other strategic sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Manage candidates and workflows within the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Deliver a thoughtful, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for product, design, and/or engineering roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage highly skilled technical and product-adjacent talent.
• Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems; familiarity with Lever is a plus.
• Strong sourcing, outreach, and pipeline-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple roles concurrently, and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and candidate-centric approach.
