⚠️ IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY: We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join us on-site in Amman within 7–10 days. We provide the air ticket, visa, and accommodation. If you cannot travel within this timeframe, please do not apply.

Role Description:

We are seeking a versatile and technically proficient Zoho One Implementation Specialist to architect, develop, and manage our end-to-end business ecosystem. In this role, you won’t just be "using" Zoho; you will be the primary architect transforming our B2B platform’s operations.

Your mission is to eliminate manual friction by building bespoke modules in Zoho Creator and orchestrating a seamless data flow across our entire suite—from the first sales touchpoint to the final financial report.

Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Application Development: Build and maintain bespoke Zoho Creator applications for Vendor and Inventory Management tailored to unique B2B workflows.
• Advanced Automation: Write expert-level Deluge scripts to bridge cross-functional gaps (e.g., syncing approved Vendors in Creator to Contacts in Zoho Books).
• Full-Suite Orchestration: Configure and deploy Zoho People (HRMS) and Zoho Books/Finance to manage employee lifecycles and real-time financial reporting.
• CRM Optimization: Refine Zoho CRM for our sales team, focusing on lead scoring, B2B pipelines, and automated quote-to-order conversions.
• Integration & Data Integrity: Connect Zoho One with external APIs and logistics gateways while maintaining a "Single Source of Truth."
• On-Site Leadership: Act as the resident Zoho expert in our Amman office, providing hands-on training and troubleshooting for the local team.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Deluge Mastery: Expert-level proficiency is non-negotiable. You should be able to write complex custom functions in your sleep.
• Zoho Creator Architecture: Proven experience building multi-stage apps with intricate data relationships.
