Flywheel Studio is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team.

ABOUT US

Flywheel Studio is a fully remote product development team that designs and builds high-quality web and mobile applications. We partner with startups and SMBs to act as their dedicated, in-house product team.

Here’s what makes working at Flywheel different:

  • Focus on Impact: We’re outcome-obsessed. You’ll work on projects where your primary goal is to move the needle for our clients, not just to ship features.
  • A Process That Works: We’ve eliminated the chaos. Our structured Discovery & Design process means you’ll work on well-defined projects with clear goals, giving you the focus to do deep, high-quality work.
  • A Cohesive, Expert Team: We are a 100% full-time team of product managers, designers, and developers. You’ll collaborate daily with dedicated colleagues who are as invested in the work as you are—no freelancers, no churn.
  • True Partnership: We’re not an outsourced dev shop; we are an embedded part of our clients’ teams. You’ll contribute to strategy, work directly with stakeholders, and see your work come to life.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead complex client engagements from discovery through delivery. You’ll turn ambiguous ideas into actionable product roadmaps, align cross-functional teams, and ensure we deliver exceptional products that meet our clients’ business objectives—on schedule and with the quality Flywheel is known for.

This role requires a seasoned product thinker who can navigate competing priorities, mentor team members, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients.

📑 Facilitate product design workshops and discovery sessions, applying Flywheel and industry best practices while adapting to each client’s context.

💼 Drive cross-functional execution with Designers, Developers, and QA to deliver on schedule and at a high quality bar.

📊 Serve as the primary client relationship owner, maintaining proactive communication and alignment.

🗓️ Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities across engagements.

🎯 Contribute to Flywheel’s product practice by refining processes and sharing learnings.
