In this fully remote role, you will lead strategic partner marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth, retention, and engagement across diverse markets. You will oversee end-to-end campaign execution, manage budgets and vendors, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and impact. The role requires designing partner-specific strategies, messaging frameworks, and content that support business objectives while maintaining compliance and brand standards. You will analyze performance metrics to optimize programs, develop scalable marketing solutions, and provide actionable insights to both internal stakeholders and partners. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong project management skills.
Accountabilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of partner marketing programs from start to finish.
- Manage budgets, vendor agreements, SOWs, and financial reporting in coordination with internal teams.
- Facilitate partner-facing meetings, including planning sessions, QBRs, and initiative reviews, aligning Sales and Account teams with marketing objectives.
- Develop partner-specific strategies, content calendars, messaging frameworks, and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee marketing processes and documentation to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Analyze campaign performance, producing quarterly reports, ROI analyses, and actionable insights for strategy improvements.
- Support onboarding of new partners and maintain the Partner Marketing Portal for accuracy, adoption, and relevance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in partner, account, or marketing communications roles.
- Proven experience leading integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred.
- Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Wrike, Jira, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe CMS, WordPress, and analytics platforms.
