Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our plant location. This role is responsible for administering human resources plans, policies, and programs while supporting plant leadership and fostering a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.


RELOCATION ASSISTANCE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES IS AVAILABLE


The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly confidential, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and apply HR policies, programs, and procedures consistently across the plant
  • Oversee employment, recruitment, and placement functions
  • Conduct employee onboarding, training, and orientation sessions
  • Direct and support the plant safety program
  • Manage payroll administration and vendor coordination (as applicable)
  • Administer wage and salary policies, EEO compliance, wage and hour regulations, and HR surveys
  • Lead employee communications initiatives
  • Represent the plant in workers’ compensation and unemployment matters
  • Support employee development, counseling, performance management, and engagement initiatives
  • Ensure effective planning, budgeting, and quality controls within the HR function

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Demonstrated business management and communication skills
  • Experience in a plant or manufacturing environment preferred
