Email Flow Specialist (Klaviyo Expert)

Location: Open to candidates from Latin America and South Africa

Hours Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week

Time Zone: 9am–5pm EST

Salary: $3500 - 4500 Base pay + up to $2,000/month (based on how many clients you can upsell)

The company is a premium email marketing agency working with DTC eCommerce brands across all stages, from early-stage founders to established 7- and 8-figure operators. We are known for high-quality execution, strong systems, and results-driven retention marketing through Klaviyo.


This role is a Flow Specialist (Klaviyo Expert) position focused on building the proprietary 23-email flow setup for eCommerce brands. The company runs paid acquisition for a one-time flow buildout, and this role is critical to delivering an exceptional first experience.


You will run 1–2 onboarding calls per day, lead flow strategy, write high-quality AI-assisted copy briefs, and manage a team of 4–5 email designers to execute these flows efficiently and at scale. This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role requiring strong leadership, communication, and process ownership.


Brands often start with a one-time flow project and later upgrade into the company’s full done-for-you email marketing service. Successful upsells into this long-term package are rewarded with monthly performance bonuses.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding calls (1–2 per day) with new eCommerce brands
  • Own strategy and execution for the 23-email flow buildout
  • Build, optimize, and QA all email flows and pop-up forms in Klaviyo
  • Write clear AI-assisted copy drafts and detailed creative briefs
  • Lead and manage a team of 4–5 email designers
  • Coordinate flow design reviews and approvals via Figma
  • Oversee project execution in Airtable from kickoff to completion
  • Ensure all flows are built correctly, tested, and launched on schedule
  • Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience that drives client trust
  • Upsell qualified brands into the full done-for-you email management service



Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience (flows/automation heavy)
  • 1+ years email marketing agency experience
  • Excellent English (very clear communication, minimal accent)
  • Experience running onboarding or strategy calls
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage fast-paced workflows
  • Strong copy instincts and experience using AI copy workflows
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and process-oriented
  • Comfortable with repetitive systems while working with new brands daily



Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with other ESPs (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Omnisend)
  • Familiarity with Figma for collaborating with designers
  • Past DTC eCommerce brand experience
  • Experience working with distributed teams across Latin America
