About Mitchell & Stones


Mitchell & Stones is a fast growing digital marketing agency supporting ambitious business owners across the UK. We operate across three core divisions: Outsourced Marketing Department, Internal Marketing Team Support, and Project Based Work.

We are building something meaningful. A performance driven agency with strong systems, strong culture and strong standards. This is not a slow moving corporate environment. It is dynamic, structured and ambitious. We are now hiring an Email & Brand Marketing Assistant to support our growth.


The Role


This role sits at the heart of our marketing engine.


It is a 50/50 split between:

  • Data driven email marketing and CRM management
  • Brand building and top of funnel marketing activity


You will be responsible for building and managing email campaigns, keeping our CRM sharp and organised, and supporting the growth of the Mitchell & Stones brand across digital channels.


This is a role for someone who enjoys structure, performance metrics and optimisation, but also enjoys creativity, brand building and content.


Training will be provided, but high standards and proactivity are expected.


Email Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Build and manage lead generation email campaigns
  • Monitor inbox responses and route opportunities appropriately
  • Track open rates, reply rates and conversion metrics
  • Report on campaign performance and suggest optimisation
  • Test messaging, segmentation and targeting improvements


CRM Management
  • Maintain a clean, organised CRM
  • Move prospects through appropriate deal stages
  • Conduct follow ups to secure discovery calls
  • Support diary management for Business Development Directors
  • Ensure pipeline visibility and accuracy at all times


Social Media & Brand Growth
  • Maintain and support strategy for Mitchell & Stones social channels
  • Coordinate with design team for brand consistency
  • Support authority building and visibility initiatives
  • Contribute ideas to improve brand positioning


Email Nurturing & Newsletter Marketing
  • Design and schedule newsletters
  • Create nurturing sequences to warm prospects
  • Segment audiences effectively
  • Strengthen engagement and long term brand trust


Marketing Coordination
  • Set up and promote webinars
  • Liaise with the design team to modernise and elevate collateral
  • Organise podcast guest outreach and diary coordination
  • Edit and refine content using AI tools
  • Support wider campaign and growth initiatives
