We work closely with Web3 founders, blockchain startups, and crypto projects to deliver measurable traction across the decentralized ecosystem.

We are looking for a highly experienced DevOps Engineer with strong exposure to Blockchain, Web3, and Crypto infrastructure to manage and scale the systems powering our automation tools, campaign workflows, analytics integrations, and backend services.

This role requires someone comfortable working in high-traffic Web3 environments such as NFT mint launches, token launches (IDO/ICO), and DAO activations.

• Build, operate, and scale backend infrastructure supporting Web3 marketing workflows and blockchain-based campaigns
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Web3 automation bots (Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X) and API services
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Integrate and support blockchain data services, including:
• RPC endpoints (Alchemy, Infura, etc.)
• On-chain event listeners
• Blockchain data indexers
• Ensure high availability during:
• NFT mint launches
• IDO/ICO events

• Token launches
• DAO campaigns
• Implement strong security practices for:
• API keys
• Smart contract integrations
• Web3 services
• Webhooks & token-based systems
• Monitor systems using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK

• 5+ years of DevOps / SRE experience in production environments
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• AWS infrastructure
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Terraform
• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Experience working with Blockchain / Web3 infrastructure

• Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 USD (based on experience & location)
