🚀 Senior DevOps Engineer - AI/Identity start up
📍 Remote (UK-based) | 💰 £90,000–£100,000 | 🕒 Full-time
I’m exclusively partnered with a high-growth, award-winning tech startup building advanced trust, identity, and privacy solutions at the forefront of AI and decentralised technology.
They’re entering an exciting new phase — preparing for Series A funding and significant scale-up and are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take real ownership of their infrastructure as they grow.
🔧 The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, senior role reporting to the Head of Engineering, with full autonomy over DevOps strategy, tooling, and cloud architecture. You’ll be instrumental in building scalable, secure, multi-cloud infrastructure that can support rapid expansion post–Series A.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and operating production-grade Kubernetes across AWS, GCP & Azure
- Owning Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) & GitOps practices
- Building and optimising CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.)
- Implementing zero-trust security, IAM, secrets management & compliance (ISO27001, PCI-DSS)
- Leading observability strategy (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) with SLO-driven reliability
- Driving resilience, scalability and cost optimisation across multi-cloud
