Who We Are Seeking:
We seek a talented and experienced Cloud Engineer to operate and harden our design and deploy our services and network on AWS. Your Role and Responsibilities:Â
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS utilizing Terraform
- Automate deployment processes, infrastructure monitoring, and management;
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using native AWS, Azure DevOps or Github Actions.
- Ensure high availability and scalability of cloud services;
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle;
- Monitor and optimize the performance and costs of AWS infrastructure;
- Manage and resolve production incidents, implementing prevention measures;
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation of infrastructure and processes;
- Implement security practices in cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including designing, building, and deploying production systems from the ground up
- Proven ability to own projects end-to-end, from initial concept and architecture through implementation and delivery
- In-depth knowledge across core AWS services and cloud architecture, with the ability to clearly articulate real-world experience
- Strong capability to review system architectures and provide clear, constructive, and honest technical feedback
- Solid understanding of cloud-native design principles, scalability, security, reliability, and cost optimization best practices
- Comfortable working in an exploratory and innovative environment, where ideas evolve quickly and solutions are often built from scratch
- Ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, translating requirements into practical technical solutions
- Proactive mindset with a passion for experimentation, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.
- Solid experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, ECR, etc.);
- Experience with automation tools and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation);
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably with AWS CodePipeline and Azure DevOps
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Familiarity with cloud security practices and DevSecOps;
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Advanced English, both spoken and written.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, and 10 years of equivalent professional experience;
