Execute and optimize inbound media campaigns across channels including SEM (Google Ads), paid social, display advertising, and trade media placements.
Manage tactical campaign execution including audience targeting, ad creation and QA, trafficking, budget pacing, optimization, and performance reporting.
Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) activation using tools such as Demandbase and Propensity, including audience builds and performance monitoring.
Maintain strong campaign measurement practices by building and managing UTM frameworks, ensuring accurate tracking, and partnering with analytics teams to improve attribution.
Collaborate with marketing operations to support HubSpot workflows, campaign routing, lists, and automation to ensure smooth lead handoff from click to conversion.
Coordinate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to execute trade media programs, including briefing, creative specs, tracking setup, and post-campaign reporting.
Apply understanding of pharma/biotech audiences and lifecycle/pipeline concepts to refine segmentation, targeting, and messaging strategies.
Support campaign setup, analysis, and optimization across key marketing technology platforms including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and related tools.

Inbound Digital Marketing Manager

Fully Remote | EST Hours | East Coast Candidates Only

Contract Role | $42/hr


We are partnering with a global leader in the life sciences, clinical research, and laboratory solutions space that supports pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organizations worldwide. Our client is seeking a hands-on Inbound Digital Marketing Manager to support their Clinical Research division and drive day-to-day execution across inbound media channels.

This role will work closely with strategic marketing leads, channel owners, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and agency partners to activate and optimize paid programs aligned with key business priorities.


Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience executing and optimizing digital inbound media campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, display media, and performance marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Demandbase, and related tools.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and performance tracking.
  • Experience supporting campaigns in pharma, biotech, clinical research, or healthcare-related industries preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
