Compensation: $100 - 160K

Days/Hours: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical configuration of pay policies, benefits, and HRIS functions
  • Develop reporting, analytics, and dashboards for leadership
  • Serve as liaison between HRIS and internal stakeholders
  • Support cross-functional teams with data and systems expertise
  • Conduct audits and ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Manage system upgrades, testing, and stakeholder training
  • Own the Dayforce relationship and case management
  • Maintain HRIS security and oversee data integrations
  • Recommend system improvements and manage documentation
  • Provide training and serve as the enterprise SME for HRIS
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of HRIS administration experience
  • Experience in a multi-state, large-sized organization; international experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proven experience with data integrations and software implementations
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • High attention to confidentiality and data security (PII)
  • Expert-level Excel; strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experience with Dayforce preferred; SQL knowledge a plus
