6 Month Contract (Extension possible)

Fully Remote (CANDIDATE MUST SPEAK AT LEAST C1 LEVEL FINNISH)

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 24 months of experience working independently in customer-facing roles within M365 environments (implementations, consulting, training).
• Experience with M365 Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams deployments, minimum 2 projects.

• At least 4 years of experience in M365 environment management (including Entra, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint).
• Ability to implement M365 automation using PowerShell, minimum 2 projects.
• Minimum 24 months of experience with DevOps practices and working in DevOps teams.
• At least 1 valid M365 associate‑ or expert‑level certification.

Administrator – Scored Competencies (preferred – not all are a must)

• MS‑700: Teams Administrator Associate
• MS‑102: Administrator Expert
• SC‑300: Identity and Access Administrator
• SC‑400: Information Security Administrator
• Experience with tenant‑to‑tenant migration tools (Sharegate, BitTitan, Quest), min. 1 projects)
• Experience in Azure application development and use of REST APIs – 1 point (min. 2 reference projects).
• Experience in building and managing Azure DevOps pipelines – 1 point (min. 2 reference projects).
