About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Tremendous. As the third recruiter within the organization, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent aligned with our strategic goals. You will work closely with leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support our growth and operational needs. This role requires a keen understanding of the talent landscape, especially within the tech industry and early-stage startup environments, to identify candidates who will thrive in our fast-paced, high-growth culture. Your insights and judgment will be vital in building a diverse, high-performing team that drives Tremendous’s continued success and innovation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within growth-stage startups
- Deep knowledge of the tech industry, with a focus on early-stage environments
- Proven ability to maintain quality standards while operating in demanding, fast-paced settings
- Exceptional written communication skills, aligned with our high-documentation culture
- Strong ability to assess candidates beyond their resumes to determine cultural fit and success potential
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS platforms
- Comfort with leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to optimize sourcing and candidate engagement

- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for go-to-market (GTM) and business roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers

- Conduct initial candidate screens and coordinate subsequent interview stages
- Partner with leadership to refine role requirements and develop ideal candidate profiles
