Role Overview
We’re looking for a solution-oriented automation developer who can design and implement smart workflows across our ecosystem. You’ll work closely with operations, tech, and leadership to simplify manual processes, improve data flow, and integrate AI into daily systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and maintain automations using n8n and Python scripts.
- Integrate APIs across tools like Shopify, ERPNext, Slack, Gmail, and Google Sheets.
- Design AI-driven workflows (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) for support and operations.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing workflows for reliability and scale.
- Document processes, track impact, and continuously improve system efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities.

- Proven experience in Python (API integration, data processing, or backend scripts).
- Hands-on experience with n8n (custom nodes, webhooks, triggers).

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills and self-management.
