About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital bridge between business needs and technological solutions, helping our clients navigate complex digital landscapes. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing existing processes, designing future-ready IT architectures, and leading cross-functional teams to implement impactful digital strategies. You will organize workshops, develop strategic concepts, and support the development and deployment of customized software solutions. Qualifications

• A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong understanding of digitalization as a key enabler for people and their goals.
• Initial practical experience in areas such as IT, Business Analysis, or Project Management, ideally within a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical skills capable of translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable concepts.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Organize and moderate workshops to develop creative approaches and facilitate strategic concept development supporting digital transformation initiatives involving all stakeholders.
• Leverage deep understanding of process modeling and IT architectures to develop innovative digital concepts and clearly communicate their benefits to clients.
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes, demonstrating the potential of technology-supported workflows, and develop tailored IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the development and implementation of software solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
