Proclinical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help drive the coordination and delivery of cross‑functional projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will ensure effective cross-functional coordination, operational efficiency, and progress tracking. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Educational background in life sciences, computational biology, business, or a related field (BS or MS preferred).
• Hands-on scientific experience and familiarity with biotechnology, computational biology, AI-ML, or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to present technical information clearly and effectively.

The Senior Project Manager's responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate the execution of 4-6 assigned projects, translating objectives into clear timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Collaborate with scientific, computational, and business teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential obstacles, and work with teams to resolve issues.
• Communicate project updates, status, and results to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Support budget tracking and resource planning for assigned projects.

Compensation:

• $80 to $90 per hour.
