⚡ Position Summary:
Lead maintenance and vendor strategy across the regional portfolio. You’ll own preventive maintenance, budget delivery, vendor sourcing/management, change control and capital repair planning to protect uptime and drive efficiency across multiple facilities.
⚡ Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations and a regional team of technicians and managers.
• Own all vendor bidding, contracting and performance management for maintenance programs.
• Manage annual maintenance budgets, expense submissions and break/replace capital requests.

• Ensure preventive maintenance, equipment-level documentation and MOPs meet company standards and risk criteria.
• Drive lifecycle risk analysis and replacement recommendations for critical plant.
• Champion safety, incident response and cross-functional collaboration with operations and customers.
• Implement national vendor strategies to reduce cost and improve consistency.
• Train and develop field staff on generators, UPS, chillers, BMS, fire protection and related systems.
⚡ Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in data center or critical infrastructure environments.
• Deep functional knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems (Generators, UPS, Transformers, Distribution, Chillers, HVAC, Fire Protection, BMS).
• Proven vendor management, budget ownership and capital planning experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; decisive leader with a bias for measurable results.
• Formal electrical certification or equivalent training preferred.
