Win PowerShell / IAM Engineer – India (Remote)
Location: 100% Remote (India only) – Laptop provided
Duration: 12 months
Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST (US hours)

Overview:
Client is migrating/cloning an IDM environment from Company A to Company B. Role requires strong engineering support for automated IAM processes across multiple technologies (beyond MIM).

Key Requirements:
- PowerShell scripting to automate IAM processes:
- Password expiration reminders
- Distribution list generation
- M365 license management
- Password sync across domains
- sFTP file transfers
- Automated privileged account offboarding & access reviews
- SQL Server expertise:
- Work with databases/tables storing HCM & identity lifecycle data
- Write SQL queries to retrieve/update data (table creation is a plus, not mandatory)
- Basic .NET knowledge:
- Modify configuration variables and recompile existing utilities
- Support processes like manager notifications and downstream user data feeds
