About the project:
Boards is an Israeli-founded, mobile-first sales enablement platform designed to streamline communication and enhance productivity for direct sellers, distributors, and businesses of all sizes. The platform consolidates essential sales and marketing content, such as messages, images, videos, and links, into organized, shareable boards. This setup allows users to quickly access and distribute information, facilitating efficient customer interactions and team collaboration.
Technological stack: Java, Selenide, Appium.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, enhance, and optimize an existing scalable mobile test automation framework.
- Collaborate with the development, QA, and product teams to understand project requirements and ensure seamless automation integration.
- Write and execute automated test scripts for mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms.
- Maintain and improve existing automation processes, ensuring high code quality and test coverage.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the automation pipeline, troubleshooting failures, and improving overall performance.
- Improve and extend reusable code libraries to support ongoing and future automation needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and industry trends in test automation.

Requirements:
- 4+ years in automation testing for mobile & web.
- 2+ years of experience with Appium.
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Java or Kotlin.
- Ability to develop and execute test strategies for mobile applications across different platforms (iOS, Android).
- Strong CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Experience with reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and best practices.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (ability to pass a technical interview in English and collaborate effectively on an international team).
- Strong soft skills: communication, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
