Associate Veterinarian – Fresno (Near Houston), TX

You’ll be supported by an experienced, Fear Free Certified team and a practice owner who is both an excellent mentor and passionate about developing the next generation of veterinary leaders.

📅 Work-Life Balance


  • Schedule: 4-day work week (no overnights or weekends), 8:00am–6:00pm or 8:30am–5:30pm to suit your preference.
  • CE time: 3 additional paid days off for continuing education.
  • Protected time off: PTO is negotiable, with a 2-week minimum guaranteed.


💰 Compensation & Benefits


  • Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 (DOE).
  • Production: 20% with no negative accrual
  • Bonus incentives: $10,000 sign-on/relocation.
  • Insurance: Health, dental, and vision.
  • Professional coverage: PLIT liability, licensing fees, and membership dues fully covered.
  • CE support: $2,000–$2,500 annual allowance.
  • Retirement support: 401(k) available.
  • Team support: Experienced CVPM (Certified Veterinary Practice Manager) on-site, with a 3:1 tech-to-DVM ratio.
