Role Description

We’re looking for a driven SEM Specialist to manage Google Ads campaigns and drive SEO growth. If you love working remotely, enjoy optimizing campaigns for ROI, and want to see your work directly impact business growth, this is the role for you!

You’ll focus on SEO, Google Ads, and online growth strategies, coordinating with developers for on-page and off-page SEO, while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results.

Location

Remote (Candidates from Tamil Nadu preferred)

Experience

2–3 years (hands-on SEO + Google Ads)

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 / month (Based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO

• Implement on-page SEO and coordinate with developers for technical/off-page SEO

• Track performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and Search Console

• Improve landing pages, ad creatives, and conversion rates

• Monitor trends and competitor activity to suggest growth opportunities

• Prepare simple weekly/monthly performance reports

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads + SEO

• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, campaign optimization

• ROI-focused, analytical, and result-driven

• Experience with GA4, Search Console, and basic analytics

• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

• Good English communication skills
