Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HRIS system upgrades, enhancements, and testing
- Manage HR data accuracy, security, and bulk updates
- Conduct regular data audits and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and audit requirements (SOX, etc.)
- Partner with HR, IT, and vendors on system improvements
- Analyze HR data and produce reports using advanced Excel skills
