Provision, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Administer and manage device lifecycle and user provisioning through Rippling’s IT module.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across core systems.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring secure and timely access setup and removal.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Assist with maintaining wired and wireless office networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Support and help coordinate new office setups, including internet service provisioning, network deployment, structured cabling coordination, and vendor management.
Assist in deploying and maintaining audio-visual (AV) systems in conference rooms, including video conferencing tools, displays, and collaboration equipment.
Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to endpoints and systems.
Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT processes and procedures.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, internet services, AV installations, and technical support.
Participate in incident response and escalate issues when necessary.

About The Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Operations Lead to support and maintain our internal technology environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our IT systems, networks, and end-user devices. The ideal candidate has approximately 3-5 years of hands-on IT experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting both onsite and remote employees, as well as assisting with new office setups.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Provision, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Administer and manage device lifecycle and user provisioning through Rippling’s IT module
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across core systems (email, collaboration tools, SaaS platforms)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring secure and timely access setup and removal
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues
  • Assist with maintaining wired and wireless office networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Support and help coordinate new office setups, including internet service provisioning, network deployment, structured cabling coordination, and vendor management
  • Assist in deploying and maintaining audio-visual (AV) systems in conference rooms, including video conferencing tools, displays, and collaboration equipment

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems administration
  • Hands-on experience with Rippling’s IT module for device management and access provisioning
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN)
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack)
  • Experience with endpoint management and MDM tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting office expansions or new location launches
  • Exposure to security best practices and compliance standards

Success Metrics

  • Onboarding and offboarding readiness: 100% of employees fully provisioned by start date, 100% of access revoked within SLA upon termination
  • Endpoint and security compliance: >95% of managed devices compliant with patching, MDM, encryption, and security policies at any given time.
  • Office infrastructure reliability: quick response to office internet network and troubleshooting. AV systems operational with immediate troubleshooting assistance on-site and virtually. Vendor management of AV and internet systems when required.
