Our client is looking for an HR Director to lead and evolve the HR function as the business scales.
This is a 100% remote role, working CET time zone, on a B2B / self-employed basis. You will manage a small HR team and take ownership of HR direction beyond pure hiring: strategy, reporting, people processes, and talent evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- HR leadership & strategy: Define and drive the HR roadmap aligned with company goals, including clear targets and measurable outcomes.
- Internal recruitment strategy & delivery: Improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategy, and hiring manager collaboration; ensure strong delivery through the HR team.
- People analytics & reporting: Track and report HR/hiring performance, share insights with leadership, and set new goals based on results.
- Talent development & team rotation: Strengthen the “talent stack” through continuous improvement, structure, and upgrades to team capability and performance.
- Corporate HR matters: Contribute to broader corporate topics beyond recruitment, including policies, frameworks, onboarding standards, role clarity, and internal ways of working.
- Culture & retention: Support retention initiatives, employee engagement, and development of a high-performance environment suited to a fast-moving company.

- Experience in the Adult Industry (Dating) is essential together with iGaming or Ai tools.
- Proven experience leading an HR function (Head of HR / HR Manager / HR Director level), ideally in a scaling or high-change environment.
- Strong recruitment leadership experience, including improving internal hiring strategy and execution.
- Comfortable working closely with leadership and influencing decisions with data and clear reporting.
- Strong ownership mentality: proactive, structured, and able to operate independently in a remote environment.
- Experience managing small teams and driving performance through clear goals and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
