In this role, you will play a key part in delivering seamless onboarding experiences by managing the technical configuration and setup of complex platforms for new members. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless system deployment, data integrity, and high-quality user acceptance testing. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will own the end-to-end configuration process from initial setup to go-live. Your expertise will directly impact member satisfaction, system reliability, and operational efficiency. Accountabilities

• Execute hands-on platform configuration based on documented specifications and member requirements, ensuring accurate setup of settings, permissions, and features for launch
• Own the technical onboarding and activation process for new members, including managing data uploads, system setup, and go-live preparation
• Provide end-to-end support during User Acceptance Testing, including preparing test environments, guiding members through test scenarios, capturing feedback, and validating configuration quality
• Deliver operational integration support at a non-engineering level, troubleshooting configuration-related issues and acting as a liaison between members and engineering teams
• Maintain thorough documentation, ensure strict adherence to processes, and uphold high standards of quality assurance across all deployments

• Proven experience in technical implementation, system administration, or platform configuration roles
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to process discipline and quality assurance
• Proficiency in managing structured data imports and uploads using formats such as CSV and XML
• Solid understanding of User Acceptance Testing workflows and the ability to guide users effectively through testing phases
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders
