Human Resources Specialist

As a HR Specialist you will be responsible for managing various HR processes and implementing HR initiatives that align with Transcenda's goals. Responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations.
• Guide HR policies and stay up to date on the latest policies and trends.
• Support team member lifecycle from onboarding, adaptation, learning and development activities, performance review support to off-boarding. 
• Maintain company internal documentation and team member directory (HiBob, Confluence, Recruitee, Trello, G Suite)
• Provide daily support and guidance to colleagues in various international locations, ensuring the DEI approach.
• Ensure benefits compliance across all countries of operation and adjust programs accordingly.
• Oversee and conduct HRIS data analysis and reports related to employee life cycle events
• Organise internal engagement activities and corporate events

Must have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• 5+ years of HR experience in the IT industry.
• Proven experience with HR metrics.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to be creative and find solutions.
• Excellent follow-up and strong time management/project management skills.

As a plus

• Previous experience working with a rapidly scaling company of 200-500 people.
• Experience in Software Consulting / Outsourcing type of companies.

Compensation and benefits:

• Up to $20/hour gross compensation + VAT Coverage.
• Fully remote
• There is no overtime eligibility. This role implies flexibility in expanded collaboration hours, and there will be a need to stretch outside of core hours as needed.
