Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support a growing, physician-owned medical-legal services organization.

This role will work closely with the Marketing Director and leadership team to provide hands-on support with website maintenance and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress
  • Support marketing operations and project tracking (monday.com or equivalent)
  • Manage and optimize marketing workflows within HubSpot (required)
  • Assist with content updates for website pages and landing pages
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on ongoing initiatives
  • Create basic marketing assets or visual content when needed
  • Ensure website content remains current, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging
  • Provide general marketing support as projects evolve


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing support or digital marketing roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with website maintenance, WordPress
  • Required experience with HubSpot
  • Experience using monday.com or similar project management tools
  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Availability for part-time work with overlap in Pacific Time
  • Strong English communication skills
