As our next Product Owner, you’ll translate strategy into execution, turning real customer pain points into prioritised, high-impact product outcomes.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Support — championing the customer voice and ensuring we continuously deliver meaningful value.
What You’ll Do
- Translate product strategy into clear, actionable, value-based priorities
- Collaborate closely with Engineering on trade-offs, dependencies, and system behaviour
- Own the lifecycle from discovery through post-launch iteration
- Surface risks early and drive grounded, data-informed decisions
- Guide product decisions that support growth, retention, and operational efficiency
- Communicate clearly across async and real-time channels
- Be the voice of the customer — understand needs, motivations, and pain points

What You Bring
Experience
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Product Ownership experience (SaaS preferred)
- Strong agile experience (Scrum / Kanban)
- Experience working with remote, cross-cultural teams across time zones
- Proven ability to turn customer insight into measurable improvements
