United States (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote Available)

Full-Time

Pay Range: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience, skills, and location)

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI/ML team. This role is ideal for entry level candidates and early-career professionals who want to build, optimize, and deploy machine learning models in production environments.

You will work closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers to develop scalable ML solutions that drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models
  • Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
  • Implement supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms
  • Assist in deploying ML models into production environments
  • Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
  • Work on model validation, experimentation, and A/B testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environment
  • Document ML workflows and ensure reproducibility

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or related STEM field
  • 0–2 years of experience (internship, research, or academic projects acceptable)
  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Probability, Statistics, and Linear Algebra
  • Basic understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
