🎯 Key Responsibilities- Work with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Support the implementation, configuration, and integration of IT systems and tools
- Conduct assessments, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable recommendations
- Assist with system testing, documentation, training, and post-implementation support
- Analyze workflows and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
- Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams on cross-functional projects
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

- Experience in IT consulting, systems support, technical business analysis, or related roles

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, CRM/ERP platforms, or cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
