Compliance Learning Content & Platform Administrator
Location: 100% Remote in California USA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT (subject to change based on business needs)
Payrate: $34/hr on W2
Job Summary
The Compliance Learning Content & Platform Administrator supports the setup, delivery, and tracking of enterprise compliance training within an LMS environment. This role partners with global stakeholders to ensure accurate learning assignments, content management, reporting, and system reliability for a large workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise, regional, and local stakeholders to align compliance learning needs, timelines, and reporting
- Create, validate, and monitor compliance learning assignments for global employee populations
- Upload, manage, and maintain multi-language learning content and regional equivalencies
- Upload, refresh, test, and retire Workday-hosted and vendor-provided learning content
- Maintain API-integrated external learning content and support HRIS/system integrations
- Monitor assignment processing, troubleshoot errors, and reassign learning as needed
- Build audiences, recurring assignments, and support annual and ongoing compliance cycles
- Run standard reports and track compliance completion and audit metrics
- Support learner communications and deployment logistics using approved templates

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in LMS or learning operations
- Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and compliance training administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation)
- Strong reporting, data management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Learning
- Experience with Percipio content or API-based integrations
- Comfort working with large datasets and enterprise learning systems
