Senior Product Manager

Accountabilities

• Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery, implementation, and continuous optimization.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving clarity, alignment, and transparency.
• Analyze and redesign business processes, identifying automation opportunities and implementing scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, designers, engineers, and operations teams to deliver measurable improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in fast-paced, digital or technology-driven environments.
