We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives across design and development. This role is critical in driving clarity, accountability, and operational excellence while working closely with cross-functional teams and reporting directly to leadership.
The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex digital projects end-to-end, working with U.S. and Canada-based clients, and leading agile teams in fast-paced environments.
This is a full-time opportunity with required PST timezone overlap.
The role is 100% Remote.

Salary range: 1,800 USD - 2,800 USD
Responsibilities
- Own the full project lifecycle from planning and scoping through execution and final delivery.
- Define and manage scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Report project progress, risks, and performance directly to the CEO and/or Studio Manager.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, development, and product.
- Lead agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify risks and blockers proactively and implement solutions to maintain delivery momentum.
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, delivery speed, and quality.
- Partner with technical teams to assess feasibility, technical trade-offs, and execution strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project communication, stakeholder updates, and escalations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in digital agencies or product studios.
- Proven experience delivering complex, end-to-end digital projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with U.S. and/or Canada-based clients.
- Exceptional English communication skills (C1 level), written and spoken.
- Strong reporting and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and high ownership.
- Comfortable working remotely with consistent PST overlap availability.
