BeyondConvert is a boutique affiliate program management consultancy with 14 years of technical marketing expertise and 70+ successful program launches since 2015. We work with innovative companies across SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, gaming, blockchain, adult entertainment, cybersecurity, health tech, and AI.


We're hiring an Affiliate Operations & Recruitment Manager to handle partnership recruitment and day-to-day program operations across multiple client accounts. You'll work with our proprietary AI-augmented infrastructure to build prospect pipelines, manage outreach campaigns, support existing affiliates, and ensure programs run smoothly.


Your focus: Execute the full recruitment process (prospecting through qualification) and manage program operations. When prospects are qualified and ready for calls, you hand off to the founder for closing.



What We're Looking For: Experience (1-2 years required)


  • Affiliate program management, partnership development, or performance marketing experience
  • Experience in one or more: SaaS, e-commerce, adult entertainment, gaming, or B2B sales
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold outreach, and partner qualification
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms
  • Basic understanding of tracking implementation: pixels, postbacks, conversion tracking
  • Experience with email outreach and initial relationship building
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, data management, and pipeline tracking
  • Comfortable operating AI-augmented workflow systems

  • Autonomous: Work independently, manage your own workload, minimal supervision needed

Requirements:


  • Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
  • Available during EU business hours (9:00-18:00 CET)
  • Full-time (40 hrs/week) OR part-time (20-30 hrs/week) freelance engagement
  • Professional home office setup



Your Responsibilities:


Partnership Recruitment & Pipeline Development (40-50% of time)


  • Operate our AI-augmented prospecting systems (review and validate targeting criteria)
  • Manage data enrichment workflows using various tools
  • Execute multi-channel cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, direct contact)
  • Review and approve AI-generated email sequences before deployment
  • Handle initial prospect replies and inquiries professionally
  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria (budget, fit, readiness, authority)
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess partnership potential
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls with the founder for closing
  • Maintain recruitment pipeline in CRMs with accurate data
  • Track outreach metrics: open rates, reply rates, qualified calls scheduled
  • Provide feedback to optimize AI prospecting and outreach systems



Program Operations Management (30-35% of time)


  • Monitor daily affiliate activity across multiple client programs
  • Review and approve new affiliate applications based on established criteria
  • Process affiliate payouts and resolve payment issues
  • Track program compliance and flag policy violations
  • Conduct routine program health checks (fraud monitoring, performance anomalies)
  • Respond to affiliate inquiries and support requests (email, platform messages)
  • Help affiliates implement tracking codes and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Provide affiliates with creative assets and promotional materials
  • Conduct performance check-ins with active affiliates
  • Maintain accurate records in CRMs and tracking platforms



AI Infrastructure Operations & Reporting (15-20% of time)


  • Operate proprietary automation systems for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach
  • Maintain data quality standards across all systems
  • Input campaign parameters, targeting criteria, and monitoring rules
  • Review AI-generated performance reports and validate accuracy
  • Generate weekly performance reports for the recruitment pipeline and program operations
  • Track KPIs: qualified calls scheduled, active affiliates, conversions, revenue, EPC
  • Monitor trends and identify optimization opportunities
  • Prepare monthly reports with insights for founder review
  • Flag automation issues or anomalies for troubleshooting
