We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join a fast-paced, innovative environment. In this role, you will transform customer needs into intuitive user journeys and visually compelling interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product and development teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, while presenting design solutions clearly to stakeholders. Accountabilities

• Translate customer needs and business requirements into user journeys and intuitive interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design assets for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Creative Directors to research, design, and iterate on new features.
• Maintain and implement design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Present and communicate design decisions effectively to peers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure designs align with usability best practices, accessibility standards, and visual consistency.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating product-focused design.
• Proficient in Figma or similar design tools, with access to a Mac preferred.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and documenting design guidelines.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English.
