Plexus is partnering with a well-funded, innovative startup (backed by nearly $100M) that’s redefining security for Proof-of-Stake blockchains and pioneering new Bitcoin staking solutions. They're looking for a DevSecOps specialist who can own the security function within the DevOps team.


Your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing zero-trust and least-privilege access controls for workloads.
  • Implementing and maintaining security tooling and automation across service and infrastructure pipelines.
  • Securing sensitive production credentials and cryptographic key material.
  • Ensuring strong security posture for web application and infrastructure environments.
  • Designing and operating audit logging, alerting pipelines, and security monitoring systems.
  • Collaborating closely with development and operations teams to integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years DevSecOps experience in the blockchain space (preferably Eth/BTC ecosystem).
  • Strong Linux systems knowledge and scripting skills.
