About Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Marketing Analyst who can transform data into growth, enhancing our forecasting models and helping the UA team reach new heights.

What you`ll be doing

Marketing analytics and traffic acquisition support

• Supporting the User Acquisition team in managing traffic acquisition for Hero Wars: Dominion Era (Web)
• Analyzing the impact of advertising campaigns on key marketing and product metrics
• Identifying custom events and growth opportunities that increase acquisition efficiency and scale
• Developing user LTV and ROI forecasting systems by segment
• Participating in designing and validating new approaches to evaluating acquisition performance
• Managing and developing the analytics function
• Leading the HWD analytics direction: set priorities, assign tasks, review results, and foster expertise
• Building and maintaining a backlog of analytical initiatives - from ideation to implementation and impact measurement
• Aligning analytics across UA, product, and forecasting teams, ensuring a unified analytical environment
• Setting tasks for developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards to track business metrics

• Research and strategic development
• Rethinking and enhancing the methodology for evaluating marketing efficiency and forecasting accuracy
• Analyzing the market, target audience, and analytics trends in GameDev and related industries
• Providing analytical recommendations for both strategic and tactical decisions
• Launching initiatives that make marketing more data-driven, faster, and more precise
  
  

We hope that you have

• Proficiency in working with data using Python (core libraries) and SQL (ClickHouse, Airflow)
• Solid understanding of User Acquisition processes (traffic structure and optimization, attribution models, Google Privacy Sandbox)
• Proven marketing analytics cases that led to measurable UA performance growth
• Ability to evaluate financial outcomes of projects
• Experience managing analytics projects independently
• Proactivity, initiative, business-oriented mindset, and strong systems and critical thinking
• Experience with A/B testing
• English level: Intermediate+
