The Vice President of Application Support leads production support for mission-critical banking applications, ensuring high system availability, strong customer experience, and operational resilience. This role oversees L1–L3 support across core banking, digital, and enterprise systems, managing incident response, monitoring, performance tuning, release coordination, vendor escalations, and root cause analysis. The leader partners closely with Engineering and Infrastructure teams and ensures compliance with FFIEC guidelines and internal audit controls.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of application support leadership experience, preferably in financial services
- Expertise in core banking, digital platforms, and SaaS applications
- Strong skills in incident management, troubleshooting, and system monitoring
- Experience with tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, PagerDuty, and ServiceNow
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
