Product Manager - REMOTE

Accountabilities

• Own the roadmap and sprint pipeline across mobile and web.
• Lead agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, retros, and QA.
• Define and track metrics frameworks to measure progress against OKRs.
• Conduct user interviews and concept testing to gather valuable insights.
• Translate user feedback into actionable product hypotheses and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product quality.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer or marketplace products.
• Familiarity with tools like Linear, Notion, Amplitude, and Loom.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product execution.
• Passion for fitness, community, and building high-quality products.
