Founding Engineer, AI Agents for Industrial Commerce

We're looking for a high-trajectory Founding Engineer to build the AI agents that will automate how $2T of industrial goods move through the supply chain. You'll work directly with the founders to build autonomous systems for the core functions of $XXbn+ industrial customers.

What you'll do

• Build and ship autonomous AI agents that process orders, generate quotes, and make inventory decisions without human intervention

• Integrate with messy enterprise systems - ERPs, CRMs, inboxes, and phone systems that distributors actually use
• Write high-performance backend services that handle inventory optimization algorithms, complex pricing logic and more

What we're looking for

• A systems-minded engineer who wants to build software that runs real businesses. Specifically:
• Experience with Next.js, TS, Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL - our core stack
• You've racked up 1000s of hours in combined LLM usage and productizing - you have a deep familiarity with them, and deep knowledge of LLM research, agents, tool calling, robustness
• We hire on trajectory, not resume length
