We are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join the Sales Management Platform team for a high-impact project with a leading automotive company headquartered in Fremont, California.

This mission-critical, in-house CRM platform powers global sales operations across multiple product lines, including B2C, B2B, energy solutions, and commercial offerings. The system supports the full sales lifecycle from lead conversion and order creation to customer pre-order guidance, demand generation tracking, and comprehensive sales activity management.

As part of this team, you will contribute to a front-line platform used daily by sales advisors worldwide, directly influencing revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Important Considerations:

• Interest in relocating and living in the United States
• On-site position in Fremont, California (TN Visa sponsorship provided)
• Must have Mexican nationality
• Valid Mexican passport required
• Bachelor’s degree and professional license (cédula profesional)
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems
