About the Role
As Product Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the UX and UI of Complexity across both mobile and web platforms.
You will work closely with the founding team to design clear, elegant, and exceptional product experiences. You will define interaction patterns, build scalable design systems, and craft interfaces that bring structure and clarity to global manufacturing.

- Expert knowledge of Figma, including Design Systems, Autolayout, Variables, and Component Properties
- An exceptional portfolio of web and mobile UX/UI work
- Deep understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
- Excellent visual design skills — layout, spacing, and typography (PX + REM)
- Ability to document all interactions, states, and edge cases
- Clear, concise communication and absolute attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, iterative environment
Bonus points
- Motion design or interaction design experience
- Familiarity with developer handoff tools and workflows
- English level C1 or higher
