About the Role
We’re seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead Consultant to drive the reliability, availability, and operational excellence of large-scale cloud and enterprise infrastructure platforms. This is a senior, hands-on role combining incident leadership, cloud infrastructure expertise, automation, and stakeholder communication.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring high availability across cloud services, guiding incident response for complex, high-impact outages, and improving infrastructure processes through automation, metrics, and tooling.
This role is ideal for an infrastructure leader who thrives in high-visibility environments, enjoys solving complex cross-platform issues, and can confidently engage with senior leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead incident trending, root cause analysis, and problem management across multiple infrastructure technologies
- Own and drive resolution of high-severity, high-availability incidents, including cloud services and connectivity issues
- Provide clear, timely status communications to senior leadership during outages and service restoration
- Oversee and facilitate technical and operational change implementation
- Design and manage monitoring, alerting, metrics, and reporting solutions to improve infrastructure service delivery
- Integrate new and existing critical applications into operational support tools with automated monitoring
- Develop and enhance automation solutions for infrastructure monitoring and production control
- Validate and monitor operational security, reporting risks or breaches where applicable
- Ensure execution of daily operational processes, including recovery support and documentation adherence
- Create and deliver infrastructure communications, training, and process improvements for stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
Required
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or infrastructure operations leadership
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
- 2+ years of hands-on Terraform experience (required)
- Experience leading incident management, RCA, and high-availability environments
- Solid understanding of monitoring, alerting, automation, and operational tooling
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and executive stakeholders

Compensation
💰 $98,100 – $167,850 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications
