- SQL profiling – Queries/stored procedures

- They have query search for backend automation

- Minimum of 8-10 years
- Incredible communication: can handle many personalities/not play politics/someone is direct
- Open to any industry – common aspect – SQL SERVER KNOWLEDGE – writing these procedures
