Job Summary

As a Social Media Manager, you will own the end-to-end social media strategy — from content planning and creation to campaign execution and analytics reporting. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice across platforms.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.
• Launch and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

• Track KPIs including engagement rate, reach, conversions, and follower growth.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with design, copywriting, and marketing teams for campaign alignment.
• Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand growth and campaign results.
• Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
