We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst – Order Management to support a large-scale transformation and data migration initiative. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and an external vendor on integrations, functional setup, and OM data modeling.
What You’ll Do
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Order Management processes
- Support integrations and initial OM platform setup
- Lead data migration activities (large data extractions, mappings, validation)
- Advise on OM data models and best practices
- Facilitate functional workshops and support UATs
- Collaborate with Product Owners and vendors in an Agile environment

What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst / PO / PM on Order Management tools
- Strong hands-on experience in data migration projects
- Deep knowledge of Order Management data models
- Experience with Agile (Scrum / SAFe) and ITIL
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a remote, multicultural team
