Accountabilities
- Lead proactive talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development for demanding roles
- Manage candidate engagement, screening, and assessment processes while maintaining high-quality recruitment standards
- Ensure structured and compliant People Operations across all European entities, supporting the full employee lifecycle
- Maintain accurate employment records, facilitate onboarding, role changes, parental leave, and offboarding processes
- Use HR technology and automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Monitor and report on workforce metrics, employee engagement, and People KPIs to support data-driven decisions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to strengthen operational discipline

- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or People Operations, preferably in international scale-ups
- Proven success in sourcing and engaging high-caliber talent for challenging or hard-to-fill positions
- Strong operational knowledge of HR processes, employment law exposure, and employee lifecycle management
- Tech-forward mindset with experience leveraging AI and automation to optimize HR and recruitment processes
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills aligned with business objectives
