This role offers a unique opportunity to shape both talent acquisition and people operations in a fast-growing international environment. You will drive proactive sourcing for high-caliber, hard-to-fill roles while ensuring structured, efficient, and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Your work will directly impact hiring quality, organizational scalability, and employee engagement. Leveraging AI and modern HR technology, you will automate repetitive processes to focus on strategic initiatives and building strong talent pipelines. You will collaborate with teams across multiple countries, contribute to workforce insights, and implement continuous improvements to support business growth. Accountabilities

  • Lead proactive talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development for demanding roles
  • Manage candidate engagement, screening, and assessment processes while maintaining high-quality recruitment standards
  • Ensure structured and compliant People Operations across all European entities, supporting the full employee lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate employment records, facilitate onboarding, role changes, parental leave, and offboarding processes
  • Use HR technology and automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Monitor and report on workforce metrics, employee engagement, and People KPIs to support data-driven decisions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to strengthen operational discipline

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or People Operations, preferably in international scale-ups
  • Proven success in sourcing and engaging high-caliber talent for challenging or hard-to-fill positions
  • Strong operational knowledge of HR processes, employment law exposure, and employee lifecycle management
  • Tech-forward mindset with experience leveraging AI and automation to optimize HR and recruitment processes
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills aligned with business objectives
  • Growth-oriented, structured, resilient, and self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multicultural, cross-functional teams
