Email Copywriter and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Location: FULLY REMOTE

Duration: 3 Months~ till about end of June (filling in for someone on maternity leave) possibility to be extended longer

Must-haves:

• 2+ years of experience within an email or copywriting role
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Photoshop experience

Day-to-day:

This role focuses on writing, editing, and executing email campaigns while supporting data preparation and basic design collaboration. The individual will work daily within email platforms (SFMC preferred), Excel, and content workflows to ensure accurate, high-quality email communications.

Additional responsibilities:

• Write and edit email copy for marketing and transactional campaigns
• Proofread and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency
• Build, update, and deploy emails using an email service platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
• Perform quality assurance checks on email content, formatting, links, and personalization
• Use Excel daily to manipulate data files, including editing and organizing columns for uploads or segmentation
• Support list management and audience targeting by reviewing and preparing data
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and other stakeholders to incorporate feedback and updates
• Make light creative or visual adjustments when needed (Adobe Photoshop)
