Full Stack JavaScript Engineer (Mid to Senior Level)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack JavaScript Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and React. The ideal candidate should also possess working knowledge of mobile app ecosystems (e.g., responsive behavior, mobile frameworks, publishing workflows, API integrations for mobile apps, or hybrid app environments).

This role involves developing, optimizing, and maintaining modern web applications while working closely with cross-functional teams across distributed time zones. You will be responsible for end-to-end development, from backend API design to frontend implementation, ensuring high performance, scalability, and smooth integration with mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
• Develop high-quality frontend interfaces using React (including hooks, state management, component-based architecture)
• Collaborate in designing and integrating APIs to support both web and mobile application functionality
• Ensure application responsiveness, performance optimization, and cross-device compatibility

• Work with mobile-related tools, frameworks, or environments as required (e.g., PWAs, web-to-app integrations, React Native familiarity, or mobile deployment workflows)
• Participate in system design discussions, architectural planning, and code reviews
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
• Work in an agile, distributed team with overlapping hours across European and Philippine time zones

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 to 6+ years of hands-on development experience in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong proficiency in:
